After witnessing first hand the frustrations of clients dealing with agency ‘account managers and directors’ who are often poorly qualified in design and have little experience of the design, print or media processes. Prior to running IS Design, I spent over three years in a senior role in print and design management culminating in a great deal of knowledge for both providing artwork and design for print and the know how of print companies work. Our understanding serves our clients well, everything from assisting with print buying and management to ensuring that their are no hidden costs and the product our clients receive is to the exact specification we requested.
